Yet around the world, one in three adults struggle to fall or stay asleep. Backed by numerous studies, sleep therapy is recommended as safer and more effective than sleeping pills. But there's a shortage of practitioners, leading to long waitlists and impersonal group-based treatment programs.
Our mission is to close this gap and improve the lives of millions globally. But we're still in the early days: building up our team, our network of partners, and our advisory board.
