Sleep is the foundation of mental health, physical health, and optimal performance.
Yet around the world, millions of people struggle to fall or stay asleep. Programs such as CBT-I and ACT have been shown to be both safer and more effective than sleeping pills. But a shortage of practitioners leaves too many on their own.
Our mission is to close this gap, enhancing the well-being of people around the world. But we're still in the early days: building up our team, our network of partners, and our advisory board.
